This document describes how to perform a Factory Reset in Central 3.0

Perform Factory Reset

- Open the advanced settings from the quick menu
- Navigate to the “About this device” tab
- In this tab, tap the current Prowise Central version 20 times (note: this should be done in a    time frame of 30 sec.)
- A popup window will open, which contains a code that has to be entered
- Enter the given code and click “Reset”
- The system will perform a Factory reset 

- Navigate to the “About this device” tab

- In this tab, tap the current Prowise Central version 20 times (note: this has to be done in a timeframe of 30 sec.)

- A popup window will open, which contains a code that has to be entered (note: this code is auto-generated and will be different every time)
- Enter the given code and press “Reset”
- The system will perform a Factory reset
